Bojangles

I was very disappointed with my experience with this location today. I watched an employee putting fries inside my order with her bare hands. When she realized that she was bring watched she put on gloves. When I started that I wanted my order remade the lady at the window got upset. After I got home with my order I was livid my tenders was old and my chicken legs still had blood coming out of them. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS AT THE MEMORIAL BLVD LOCATION IN MURFREESBORO TENNESSEE.

Been here twice. Once to get a chicken and a biscuit for myself and a second time for my family. I know the staff probably aren't paid enough to be polite or communicative, but it feels like I've offended them by showing up. Even using the drive thru it took 20 minutes to get food for a family of four. Want to like it, given how much I love chicken, but it isn't worth the trouble

Don’t order curbside. They’ll have you waiting almost 30 minutes because they didn’t want to walk out and bring your food. More concerned with drive thru time. I even called inside and whoever answered said “it’s only two more people in here besides me. We’ll bring it out soon.” But they never did bring it out. I had to pull in the drive thru and any decent manager would have at least apologized for how it was handled. But nothing was said and I saw more than 3 people inside working so they lied about that too. Shouldn’t offer curbside if you won’t actually do it. I would have chosen to pick it up through drive thru when I ordered through the app but it wasn’t even an option.

This location was good when it first came out but it’s been slowing going downhill. Especially after 2020 when Covid Started. Nowadays it’s a mix between the lobby always being locked or open on a particular day. They always seem to close early too. Sometimes I will pull up to the drive-through window around six or seven and they will use an excuse that the “system is down”. I know its not true because I used to work fast food and very rarely does the “system” or point of sale actually go down. And my co workers were also guilty of using that excuse when in fact the system was not down! We just didn’t have staff and needed to clean. I’d prefer Bojangles to actually staff their restaurant and instead of lying to customers just be honest. Really disappointed.

Best quality chicken. Definitely replacing Popeyes because Popeyes is never open even in the middle of the day. And the customer service is better at bojangles. We forgot our chocolate banana pie but it came highly recommended so we drove all the way back for it anyways. Great chicken. Amazing dirty rice. Biscuits are incredible. Thank y’all so much for the excellent service. Love the big box our family meal came in.

The lady at the drive thru was super disrespectful. I left without ordering because of her attitude. Instead, I drove 20 mins to a different location because my kids wanted Bojangles. We live in the north so we rarely get a chance to come down to visit and get bojangles and this is the attitude we get? Totally unprofessional!!! Unfortunately, I didn't stay long enough to get her name.
