Subway

Got a breakfast flatbread the lady seemed just in a hurry to be rid of me and didnt even toast it even though it had cold eggs on it. I was still pretty tired and didnt realize they didnt ask if I wanted it toasted or just do it since it wasnt cold cuts. Then I had a question about the combo vs just the drink and wouldnt get a straight forward response and was rude. The fountain machine sprayed out soda on me. Asked for napkins because they only gave me one and got the stink eye. Just an overall unpleasant experience. I'm not someone who complains about every little thing but I was the only customer there, was nothing but polite, but was getting nothing but contemptuous vibes back.

Tell dude to get a job? I bet you pay as little as possible. Average rent for a 1br is over $1600 (source - wsmv 4/22) requiring $38 an hour just to qualify to apply to rent it. That's $19 from two people. Are you paying $19? I seriously doubt it. The more separation of wages and rent the more this is going to happen and YOU carry some of the blame it's not just the landlords.

Went In last night and food was okay. The cucumbers felt mushy in the mouth and I usually like mine fresh with a crunch. The place was clean. I’ve never seen a subway with the furniture that they had. The colors are very pleasing to the eye. My only negative is I get coupons from my apartment since I live right next to this subway and the lady working seemed upset that I asked to use the coupon. I just feel like the employees could be a little more friendly.

The food wasn't bad. They sure weren't very friendly and it was very obvious the person at the counter was very unhappy being there. Perhaps it is the COVID 19 thing, it seems as if many of the Subway's in Tennessee seem unfriendly and as if you are not really welcome in the restaurant. There is an exception on the east side of Jackson TN where there is a happy bubbly staff that make you feel like you are welcome any time, and that they might actually like working with each other.
