Don Ramon Mexican Grill

Restaurant was clean , our server was very friendly and attentive. The food kinda pricey. The rice and bean plate was not the best it was dried up and hard. The fajitas only had 3 shrimp and very small portion for the price. I did not get everything with my meal that was listed on the menu and had to ask for it. Overall pretty good.

We came to celebrate 5.5.21 and it was a great atmosphere. They had current music and Latino music playing. The downside was the bugs in the margarita pitcher and the pitcher itself was dirty. The waitress attempted to remove the bugs in front of us at the table. After seeing that and dirty pitcher we canceled our dinner order and left. I only gave 1 star due to the live atmosphere other than that zero stars wouldve been given!! New to the area and was very disappointed!

Probably the oddest experience with a business yet. Put in an online order for pick up. Showed up to the restaurant and they had canceled my order... I tried to put in an order in person. Offering to wait even though it was inconvenient. They refused the buisness! They would not take the order... I have put in online orders several times previously, but after this experience it was my last time trying to patronize a business that doesn't want to make money. Bizarre experience.

The location threw me off at first because it is behind a Family Dollar, however, whenever you get there the restaurant looks absolutely beautiful. If you go at night the restaurant has neon lights all around the restaurant and it looks extraordinary (kind gives off club vibes). The outside seating is huge (I would say almost 30% of the restaurant or more) they have over-roof patio and completely outdoor seating as well. The waiters are super friendly and provide excellent customer service (Karina was my server and she was awesome). The salsa was good but my favorite is the salsa verde that they offer (it's free and spicy but not crazy hot). Last but not least the moment we all have been waiting, the Margaritas (The real reason I go to Mexican restaurants 😉). The Margaritas here are decent but if you really want to step it up a notch I recommend that you try the Margaronas (Margaritas + Corona). They will have you screaming like a Mariachi (ayyy!ayyyy! Arriba!) and singing Karaoke before you leave the restaurant.
