Word to the wise - The early bird does NOT get the worm at this DQ. Just went to pick up a cake and thought I’d grab lunch at the same time getting there right at about 11. Bad choice. The wait was ridiculous for the quality. The fries barely filled the cup and an used napkin was laying on top of them - not the mention, they taste like they were from yesterday; luke warm and limp. The burger is hot! But with the consistency of rubber. Open up my chicken strip basket and everything was looking great… until I took the lid of the gravy, which has the consistency of soup. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten poor quality food, but it’s gonna be the last.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We overpaid for our meal then underpaid. Cashier had no idea what was going on and wasn’t in any state to be working. We waited and waited then never received half of our meal. When going to ask for my daughters ice cream cone for her kids meal, we then waited and waited and were rudely told the drive through line was long AFTER not even receiving half of our meal AFTER a good 20 min. All while just trying to have a fun simple lunch with my 3 year old. Never again.

Newburgh, IN.. horrible customer service in drive through anymore. We only ordered a banana split and small blizzard for our son. The girl at the window took our payment and finally gave us the blizzard only then to tell us they were out of bananas and what did we want instead? I asked her why she took the payment then, she laughed and only asked what we wanted again and said she didn't know. There were at least 6 other kids working during this time laughing and 2 of them were rubbing and hugging on each other. I had to ask what they had for that same price she had to go see. She came back and told me 2 items, I ordered the peanut buster parfait with extra hot fudge instead. We waited 5 minutes and nothing. We kept trying to flag someone through drive thru window because no napkins were given to us and our son had ice cream all over the other kids just looked at us, laughed and would not come to the window. When one finally did we explained all we wanted were napkins. When we finally got the other ice cream, there was barely any hot fudge on it at all. This place has gone down hill really quick with hiring all kids, no management seems to be on hand and they skimp on anything you order anymore. Will NOT be going back and do NOT recommend.

This place shouldn’t even get one star! Credit card machine was so dirty would not scan my card! Greasy and gross atmosphere. “Owner” refused to type in the card! I told him it worked the cards are from 5/3 and work! He slammed and I mean slammed the drive through window in my face!!!! So hard it bounced back open! I told him I would wait and he gave the card back and told me that he would call the police. This guy is absolutely disgusting!! If the credit card machine is so greasy that it won’t scan a card and what I saw of the restaurant was filthy! Should be reported to the health department!!! Don’t eat there!! He is understaffed and no one wants to work there!!!! I can certainly see why! He needs to be shown a mop and bucket.

Doors were open and was rude to Over delivery, had to then go to drive thru where the window person tried to hand us a uber delivery multiple items without putting items in a bag, then was rude when we asked for a bag, didn't say have a good day nothing. Absolutely awful and completely unbecoming of the position held.
