Mario's Pizza Shops

I first moved to Northampton and my friend / room rate I suggested. I first ordered here was two large pizzas then I ended up getting a cheese steak sandwich and french fries and onion rings I so recommend this place next time I will make sure I get a picture the food is spectacular you won't be disappointed guarantee you it's a little pricey but well worth it..

Awesome place, the people behind the counter are very nice and very knowledgeable. I asked them for a recommendation on their best slice and they told me to work my way up from a regular cheese size to other ones due to the fact that if I started with more complex ones it would overpower the flavor of the regular cheese one.

This pizzeria has a nice, clean, and homey feel to it. They offer a great deal of speciality pies and slices. Staff are very friendly and eager to help out. I had a slice of the Sicilian, the sweet & sour, and the bruschetta. All were fantastic. My friend let me try their garlic knots, which are great. I also ordered slices of cheese and a GF pie to go. I would happily go back again.

Long time patron of Mario's Pizza in Northampton. Since the day they opened their humble pizza shop, the two owners came from Italy and since the first day they worked long hours to get established in Northampton and they have gained a large group of regular customers. A family buisness with the new generation taking part in the pizza shop they serve fantastic Italian dinners as well as excellent pizza, steak sandwiches, meatball parms., great burgers and salads and much more! And they offer alcohol on the premises though i dont drink alcohol myself. Plenty of parking in their parking lot and employees that are very kind to all customersm..In all the years i have enjoyed their fine food and drinks, there has never been 1 time where they gave me an incorrect order. They are out to please every customer and are always very accomadating to make sure you have a great dining experience every time! If you have never been to Mario's then when you are in the area, stop by for a bite to eat. You will be glad that you did!

I grew up in Northampton and my family got pizza from Mario's all the time because it was apparently the best in the area, but I was a little kid and of course all pizza tastes good to kids. I moved to Philadelphia for school and went back to Mario's years ago, like 2010 or so, and the pizza was still great. Today (10/7/2023) I was in the Lehigh Valley for the first time in years and stopped by with some friends to see if it was still as good as I remember, and it's STILL great... probably the best pizza you can get in eastern PA. I can't say anything about anything there other than the pizza, but Mario's obviously knows what they're doing. The only bummer is that they charge for extra sauce on the pizza, and $1 for a fountain drink refill if you eat in. Not a deal breaker for what is probably the best pizza you can find anywhere in the Lehigh Valley though. Definitely recommend if you've never been there.
