I would give it a zero if I could. I walked in and wanted to order and the young people are doing nothing but talking to each other. When I finally got someone to come to the counter her exact words were" do you want something?" I looked at her and said yes I came here didn't I. With an attitude she took our order, and we ordered two Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and was served within 2 minutes I thought these were supposed to be fresh cooked. That proved to me false advertising they weren't. False advertisement. Girl that took order had a bad attitude. When I asked to speak to management of this night oh, I was told while looking at her and saw her said she was too busy to see me. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Night time management and some of the workers need to be changed. I have been to this place many times but it has gone downhill.

Went here 25 minutes before they were set to close, they had turned their fryers off already. Just so you know, that means anything fried, nuggets, french fries or anything literally anything that goes in the fryer, they cannot serve. So 70% of their menu is gone 30 minutes before they close. Just FYI for anyone else! Great place, great leadership lol totally joking

Ordered 4 drinks. Didn't get 1 of 4 right. Also assumed no carry tray needed for the amount ordered and they didn't give straws I had to remind them for straws. With the number of people standing around the drive thru should have been moving much quicker than it was. Poorly managed if you ask me. This location is always slow even with no one in line ahead of you they seem very slow

One of the worse McDondalds I’ve ever been to. My and I family and I go to that one because it’s close and we always have problems with our order. I think I will just drive the a different one from now on. I saw 2 employees walk outside to deal with a customer and back inside without washing/sanitizing their hands. One who came back in and started handling food. The sanitizer station was right there on the wall behind the cash registers 😳. They must’ve forgot that were in the middle of a pandemic 🙄.
