Carl's Jr.

I come here to get the beyond burger. The beyond western cheeseburger. That's my burger of choice! It's so good. I don't eat meat and this tastes so good. Love the BBQ sauce in th4 burger and onion rings. So good. If you haven't had a beyond burger try it. It isn't a dry burger it's juicy and chargrilled just like a regular burger. 😋 Then let me know what you think.

Bad experience this time 😪 got off work late 8ish decided to grab some food for me and the girlfriend, picked up a couple of chicken clubs a strawberry shake and a cheesecake. Chicken clubs were barely edible buns cold, condiments oozing on one almost none on the 2nd, lettuce wilted, chicken breast not grilled. no grill marks! $25 Girlfriend said shake & cheesecake were good but the clubs were supposed to be the stars 🌟 and they terrible. Massive failure.

Went through the drive thru during what is considered "lunch rush" time. My breaded chicken sandwich was old and extra salty from sitting for too long. I live 5 mins away and by the time I got home my criss cut fries were also hard and cold. I usually only post positive reviews for places that go above and beyond my expectations, but this was above and beyond my worst expectations. It's put me off a Carl's Jr for a while.

About 3:00 AM, I proceeded to ask for a famous star and asked for it a certain way. The drive through lady asked if I’d like to make it a combo, so I proceeded to agree with making the combo with a medium coke . I happened to receive my order and before I even leave the parking lot, I notice there wasn’t any fries in my bag and I also received a small coke. I return back to the drive thru and I told the lady that she forgot my fries, and then realize that she UP-SIZED me on the combo I agreed to at the beginning of the order. So she then says I apparently told her I didn’t agree to a combo, and that I only ordered the burger and the soda, which was NOT TRUE. Also while The lady working graveyard was being very rude and I eventually just decided to leave because I wasn’t going to argue with the lady. I also noticed she had a plain large Carl’s Jr. cup out for “tips” apparently. Very strange and shady activity going on at this Carl’s Jr. at late hours of the night. The night was ended with the young lady slamming the drive thru window.

Stopped in for breakfast. They were busy but still took the time to greet me with a smile and a "how may I help you?" I asked for a breakfast burger with no bun and the cashier was nice enough to suggest the lettuce wrap option. The dining area was very clean and the coffee was delicious. I'll be coming back most certainly.
