Jersey Mike's Subs

Yesterday I visited Jersey Mike's the experience was more than just walking into a sub joint. I couldn't put my finger on it at first but realized each employee seemed like a manager. I was the last customer and while I made up my mind I noticed each of them were doing something to make the place look better, sweeping, wiping or they had a customer. They were pleasant and I felt as if they liked their jobs. Great experience guys. It's the little things in which we find comfort, you added that yesterday. The loaded Tuna sandwich was great too

Stopped in late - really wanted a healthier food option and love their Turkey and provolone. And really happy they have amazing wheat sub rolls - not all sandwich places have a good wheat option. The staff was getting ready for closing and I so much appreciate they were kind and made sure my order was taken care of. So thanks Jersey Mikes!

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews as I frequent this location fairly regularly and have only had my order mixed up one time. I typically order through the app so I do not interact much with the employees so I can not speak to the customer service but whenever I go in to pick up my food they appear to be very busy and working hard to get all the orders done. Food is always good and I have no complaints. I would suggest trying to order your food ahead of time through the app if the customer service is the concern because it is super quick and easy.
