Culver's

Found a hair in my concrete mixer and you can't actually read/see the menu😅 I don't know WHO designed those outside person ran order stations but they didn't put much through into it😅. It's too far away from the actual menu to read it and on top of that they put advertising signs DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the menu board so now the bottom half you can't see at all😂. Then a black hair near the bottom of my concrete mixer (I don't have black hair so it's not mine). Glad I saw it before bc the alternative would have been finding it in my mouth and having to fish for it 🤢 (it was too big to be something I'd eat without knowing)

We always have great food and it is always clean. But the best part of this store is a young man, I can never remember his name, but if your are lucky, he will "Culverize" you! He always has a pleasant demeanor, very polite and upbeat. He is willing to help any way he can. I hope the upper level of Culver's reads these and rewards this guy. He deserves a huge reward! "You've been CULVERIZED!!!!"

As a diabetic, the only thing I can do is get salads and most of the time, their salads are awesome. However, a diabetic needs consistency due to carbs. (Carbs bad for blood sugar). Croutons are major carb factories. Tonight's salad was pretty good, but there were way more croutons than usual and the spicy chicken patty seamed to have a major piece of gristle running thru it. I wii be back because everybody has a bad day once in awhile and these folks are better than most. Have a great night!!

First off I appreciate Culver's being open and offering in restaurant seating. One of the few fast food restaurants that offer such a service. This afternoon I decided to eat at the Culver's #209 in Peoria, Illinois. Never have eaten at this particular one. Trying to be honest, but I was somewhat disappointed. I was waited on promptly, but all of the catsup dispenser's were out of catsup. I found a table and waited for my meal. I was brought my coffee, but it was just about lukewarm. Really on the cool side. Since I ordered a fish sandwich it took longer to prepare. When my meal was delivered I informed the employee that my coffee was cold and asked to have it nuked. She said she would just go back and bring me a fresh hot cup, but after approximately 10 minutes I went back to the counter to see what the hold up was. They were still preparing the coffee. When the coffee was finally brought to me it was piping hot, but so strong I could barely stomach it. I can't blame the employees, since they were super busy and not enough employees for the load. There was a very constant flow of vehicles at the drive through and the poor employees were running and running. They were very friendly and understanding. Hard to do with the load they were under. My food was great and can't beat the quality and amount for the price. The interior of this Culver's is very closed. Not an open concept like the Culver's in East Peoria or Pekin. Needs remodeled. God speed!

Horrible single cheeseburger. Looked like it was what was scraped off the grill. Took it to the tattooed kid behind the counter and I'm sure he gave me someone else's burger. Cold and not good. Dave from culvers always talking up the place. He should visit peoria on university once. Ugh 😝 One star here is one star way too many.
