Dunkin'

I ordered two iced coffees and a blueberry muffin and kept having to repeat myself and could hardly understand the person taking my order. Personally from experience of working at a Dunkin’ Donuts the coffee was so watered down and the muffin was completely dry and tasted old and not to mention their not up to code of how they should look.

I love the icecream of course but I will tell you, I stopped going for awhile because I would order a sundae and get charged .99 for my caramel. Not extra caramel, just a topping. I have been going to this BR for many many years and I was never charged extra for a topping. It even says on the menu 1 topping, it's a sundae so why would I pay for my topping?? Then the guy says, we always use to charge and we stopped but now we have to charge again...WHAT?? Not true at all! If I just wanted icecream I would have ordered icecream. I have never heard of any place charging to put hot fudge or caramel on a sundae. Weird.

For the people saying that the kids working there have 0 work ethic, they do have work ethic. They just don’t wanna work in the environment that’s created. The managers barely train you at first and half the time you’re being trained by someone who doesn’t exactly know what they’re doing. They take our tips away if we mess up and even sometimes if they mess up (which is no fault but their own because we aren’t trained properly) like is that where you want your tips to go? Half the coworkers are rude too. I’ve seen some people being called dumb by managers and they badger us for messing up a few drinks even though most of us are new workers. I’ve had drinks been taken out of my hands because I was too slow, there are gnats on the donuts we keep in the back. It’s just not a good environment to be working in. Not to mention I’ve seen some of the managers be rude to the customers. Like it’s a $4 coffee. Calm down.

Always grab my coffe and doughnuts from this location, one day ordered 3 hot coffies, received barely warm coofee, when asked to replace them with fresh hot ones, the worker refused to do so saying "they will be closing in 20 minutes, and she would have to pay for the fresh pot out of her pocket" which sounds ridiculous, had to spend 10 minutes arguing with her, she refused to give me a refund because i dint want the cold coffee after i asked to call the manager she finally made a fresh pot, meanwhile 5 or 6 cars had lined up behind us. will never be back there

This location has kids working in the evenings that have zero work ethic. One night coming through the drive thru and waiting at the window for my order, they had 4 kids working/playing. One kid had left the window open which wasn’t ideal on this night. The “f-bombs” were flying. I’ve never experienced a display like this. I feel for owners of these establishments. This is how businesses close!
