Dunkin'

I've been visiting this dunkin for over 10 years daily. And as of the last few months this place has been a train wreck! Every afternoon I attempt to order food and the staff says the oven is broken. Not to mention half the time the can only take credit because the dont have a drawer.... aThe staff is diffent ever week and every child working there is rude and miserable. Do better dunkin. This is disgusting.

This was my first time to this location, on (3/3/19). It was a rainy Sunday, early evening and I had a craving for DD Coffee! But since it was pouring outside I looked for a drive thru but saw none so out in the rain I go and asked the girl why they had no drive thru and as I uttered those words my eyes met the, "Drive thru window" and I said, Oh, yes you do, lol but it wasn't visible from Port St Lucie Blvd. or even when your in that Plaza? Anyway, I ordered 2 Medium Regular DD Coffee's, for some reason I don't remember them costing $2.50 Ea.? But they were and a $1 tip because she was kind enough to give me a couple Donut holes for my Dog! (And they "weren't" stale, ty)

This restaurant is a disaster for uber drivers delivery the restaurant makes driver wait a long time and stand in line with customers without any social distanceing the restaurant not looking out for the safety of delivery drivers that are the heart of there business during the convi 19 crisis they really need step up do something without risk to uber driver lives trying to deliver customer orders

.Was supposed to get a free coffee but apparently because the manager said they were busy so they turned off the online ordering I couldn't use my Dunkin Donuts rewards, and in no way, shape, or form where they accommodate I started coming back to this Duncan because I thought that they had changed management and it would be better, but in fact, it's just gotten worse
