Starbucks

I had made a large cup of coffee at my house and fell as I came out the door, blasted my knee and the coffee exploded everywhere. The barista asked how I was and I told her what happened, she was very apologetic and sincere and the restaurant gave me my coffee for free and I am just so stunned by their generosity. Thank you so much, you really made my day. This will be my preferred Starbucks for the rest of my life.

Bought a holiday drink and the flavor of the coffee to the praline just was not there. It a till was good, but the coffee taste was a bit drowned out. I knownsome people like the other flavors to over power the coffee flavor, but u kike to still taste the coffee. The emoyees were super sweet and prompt with the drink. They were super busy, but ti.ely with all the drinks.

I am a regular customer here. I work right next door so I come in most morning for me and my coworker. However, after placing my normal mobile order I come to pick it up. Ended up waiting over 15 mins for my order then got dirty looks and side eyes when I asked for a refund all because i was only on a 15 and didn't want to be late. Their new found lack of customer service has made it so I will no longer be going here.
