Gillum's Sports Lounge

I wanted to take my daughters somewhere nice to eat, I’ve been to Gilliums before and it was a great experience so we decided to go today. It started off great but then it took forever to get refills, when we did get our food it was disgusting. I took one bite of my burger and my daughter didn’t eat her pizza at all. Olivia our waitress could care less and we still paid the $50 for food that we didn’t like or even eat. She had no sense of customer service. I’m the last person to ever complain about things because I understand but the fact I just spent money and then she wanted a tip after I expressed nicely how we didn’t like our food was shocking and comical. There was no offer to make things right. I work in customer service and it amazes me that this is how people treat their customers. The piece missing from the pizza are on a plate she had in front of her. Which I didn’t get a picture of.

My wife and I stopped here on a whim. We weren't sure what to expect Gillum's being in a pretty much vacant mall. We were pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness, the teamwork the staff exhibited working to be sure the customers were taken care of, and the food was really good. We will definitely return. On a side note Gillum's please honor a military discount.

Been to Gillum's many times! Recently rented out their party room for my husband's 40th birthday party and it could not have gone better. Our server, Ashton, was AWESOME!!!!!! It was his first party and he did great! Service was a little slow at times but I expected that for a Saturday night. There was a little bit of confusion in terms of getting everything divvied up and paid but we got it sorted out and everyone was very helpful. The food was fantastic, especially the appetizers (Get the fried mushrooms). One of Richmond's best!
