Southern Maid Donuts

My favorite donut shop! The hours are convenient & the donuts do not disappoint. These donuts are hot, fresh & delicious! Makes me wish we would have one in North Bossier. Today I had cake donuts for the first time, it was recommended by the nice lady at the register. The cake donuts did not disappoint either. Recommend!

I called this location to place my order so I wouldn't have to wait, asked to pay over the phone (which I had previously done) was informed that their policy had changed & this was something they no longer could do. Which was fine. When I walked in there was a customer being helped so I kindly waited for someone to assist me. When the sweet girl asked me what could she do I said 'I'm here for this order then the worker that took my order started talking about me as if I was there staying 'girl gonna say I'm here for this right there and can't just walk in sayin I'm here for the call in order. I then calmly said 'I was waiting for someone to assist me since yall are busy'. She then told me 'we can't read minds we don't know why you're here.' I completely understand having a bad morning but this customer service is completely unacceptable. I was understanding on the phone conversation thinking we all have bad days but this woman was just flat rude and going out of her way to let everyone know. If I could leave a negative star review it would be -10. I cannot find the owners number or managers number so I am leaving my experience here.
