Java's Deli

I would like to give them ZERO stars as customer service was rude, and the lady that took the order did not have a name tag/badge on so I can’t let upper management know her name. The Java’s burger is a microwave burger as they do not have cooks after 11pm to make the orders. The fries were subpar if you eat them right away or are just starving and haven’t ate all day. I asked if I could sub out the soft drink for a water and was told no you have to get a can root beer or a fountain drink. Sam’s Town and Java’s has really went down hill over the past few years. It seems they are cutting cost and do not care about their customers and only the bottom dollar. Personally my opinion is they just want to make as much money as they can and only care about the business aspect.

I was dining at 9pm on a Saturday & much to my surprise there was no hot food! I visit this location weekly, where have the burgers, nachos, hot dogs, and fries gone??? I wanted the cheese danish that was in the case only to be told it was from this morning & I didn’t want it. I ended up getting the cupcake with NO TASTE! I would have been better off the old danish. Unless they revert back I will not be returning to dine at Javas,

BUYERS BEWARE!! Do not plan on getting something you see on the menu. They have 3 stupid menus with the same stuff on it and when you go to order... They don't make it anymore. When you tell them it is on all of there menus, they tell you the menu ( on the back wall where you pick up your order) is correct. They should have at least crossed it off the menus. I gave 2 stars because they had one think I asked for on the menu.... black coffee.
