Burger King

The cashier was polite... Took a minute to get my food but she came to the window and explained the fries were old and she didn't want to give them to me... I appreciate this sort of service... Need more in fast food service like this young lady... I will be returning for service like this... Job well done... 👏 👌 👏

Food n service was great... soda. Machine was a mystery.. The 1 where we make our own. Drinks. Was broken . And they fix.. the drinks. But no clue to what the drinks. Was.. . Tasted . Like. Nothing. I knew.. n ordered. Coke n dr p.. food was. Great . Other wise. .. Restroom needs. To be . Serviced.. w . Some care... N a good cleaning....

I went to this place & let me just say, I’LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! It took FOREVER to even place my order via drive thru, then when I was finally able to place my order & pay, the guy took my card & left it in the machine while he went to fix food. He gave me my drink, food, but didn’t give me my card. When I asked for my card he says oh, goes to get it, then claims it was declined. There was NO WAY my card could’ve declined, so I tells him to run it again because that’s impossible. While he’s “running” my card again, I checks my bank & see where my card was charged the amount of the food. When I told him my card did not decline, & that I indeed paid for my food because it’s showing in my account, he gets upset & keeps saying well it decline while I’m showing the transaction to another worker. Then he proceeds to say well you can keep the food. People please beware of this because he didn’t think I was going to check my account & wanted me to pay him in cash so he can pocket the money. I will be contacting their corporate office first thing Monday morning because they need to be investigated.

Trying to understand why it takes over 20 minutes for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. This location is ridiculous and has terrible customer service. They never have what they need to complete an order. There's literally always a problem or inconvenience at this location. I wish I could give 0 stars. They should close this location down or just hire a completely new staff.

I order my food they told me to pull around to the front I waited there 20 minutes cause they gave my order to somebody else then I waited 10 more minutes my order was still wrong so I got out the car went inside the building and ask them could I get it Mayo the handler attitude about that probably won't be going back to his Burger King
