Sonic Drive-in

Visited this location October 20, 2021. I used the drive-thru service. I didn’t have to wait long to place my order. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me, but the line went through smoothly. From the time I order and receive my order was less than 12 minutes not so bad. The young lady who took my order was nice and courteous. The flower beds at this location was clean and kept up. The parking lot needed a little tending too.

Stopped in to grab my wife a drink. First, when trying to only order a drink, I get told I'll have to wait at least 5 minutes just to order. C'mon really. Y'all need to hire some people.The mens restroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Completely unacceptable. I sincerely wish the health department would have seen this. For the manager who barked at the employees about it, and stated she personally cleaned it yesterday, it's YOUR job to be on top of things. Stop trying to make yourself look better. Not cool. Unless changes are made I will never stop here again unless my wife makes me.

This place was terrible. The worst food I had fun there.. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup and it turned out to be a sloppy joe soup. This was the worst experience ever out of all the times I have been going there. It may be a long time before I return there and I live right around the corner from the place on greenwood road. I would take away the one star if I could and have -1 stars. Awful awful awful.

Food was cold No #COOLWHIP on shakes tater tots was ice cold I would not spend another dime here. You shouldn't neither. They have very poor management for something like this to occur. Very unprofessional .please clean drive-thru Windows. Order machine didn't work .I EMAIL them they did not do nothing about my order.CLOSE IT
