Disgusting (sorry) Has to be one of the worst sandwich shops. Cheesesteak is basically dog food. Italian grinder is filled with very low quality meats. The bread is stale. First and last time here. Also no one pays attention to you at all and finally they say fill out a card. Then they proceed to make someone’s previously ordered sandwich. Seriously this place is a joke, don’t go. Unfortunately this is the first “bad” review I’ve given, but it’s well deserved. The photo challenge with wrapper is a cool idea and i was very excited about finding this until I took a bite. If you want a real Italian grinder or cheesesteak call me lol. Pro tip - Maybe good if you are not used to east coast cheesesteaks/grinders. I hate subway and it’s better than which wich.

The food is good, but the service and atmosphere are terrible. I ordered and after a 10 min wait they said my name wrong and gave me all the toppings i said i didn't want. And on top of that I had to ask about my shake 15 MINS AFTER I ORDERED IT, AND THEY STARTED MAKING IT THEN. Dont go

We got our sandwiches and watched them make 4 to 5 others before we had to mention that we bought a shake and they forgot about it. They only half apologized and we were waiting for 10 minutes or more. The tables were also very dirty when all they really needed was an employee to wipe them down.

Overpriced and cheap tasting. I've had better sandwiches at a blind hoarders house. Avoid at all costs or go to literally any other sandwich place.

The menu has changed to the worst. I recently went to this location on a Friday in Silverthorne and they were packed. I expected to wait but it took 45 minutes to get my sandwich. I also didn’t get what I asked for, forgot some of the veggies and forgot Mayo. When I opened the sandwich, everything fell out of the bread! It wasn’t made well and was so sloppy. I used to love getting the crab salad, but that’s no longer on the menu. The new specialty sandwiches don’t have their own bag, so you can’t customize it. Very disappointed. Might as well go to Subway for the same quality, faster service, customization and lower prices.

Couldn't tell you if the food was good. The door said they closed at 9pm. We arrived a little before 8:30pm and was told they were closed. After a search online it appears they have changed their times. 😕 I was looking forward to trying it out.

My daughter wanted a sandwich, however, upon walking in the kitchen area was a mess and the workers both were outside smoking.

Very limited selection, you can’t customize a decent sandwich and all their specialty sandwiches are pre-made. Just go to chebahut down the street
