If you’re in a hurry or want a good meal you should go somewhere else. Service was slow, food was cold and lacked flavor when it FINALLY made it to the table. Waitress blamed the kitchen for everything, but she failed to keep our drinks full and when she did refill our beverages they were wrong. Never saw a manager or anyone that actually appeared in charge of the restaurant. Biggest disappointment in Summit County of 2019. All the 5 star reviews must be employees, no other reason for a 4.1 rating.

I posted a picture of my pizza! It was my first time at the establishment. I ordered a half order of pierogies as an appetizer, which really really good! When my pizza game, I ordered a glass of wine. Well asking about the wines, my waiter Jeremih was very adamant to let me know that they are a sports bar! This I would not have realized with hockey playing on every screen visible, except for the loud house music which gave the ambience of 8 Disco. When my pizza came it was served upon a pedestal. I had one slice of pizza, and as I was trying to get the other unfortunately it's lit off of the pedestal and fell on the floor. My waiter Jeremih wanted to do act like it was all my fault as every Pizzeria in town serves their Pizza on pedestals. The manager however notice what happened, and did the right thing to have a new pizza made. 20 or so minutes later Jeremiah rides with my pizza, put it on the table slaps down my tab and walks away! When you came to pick it up, I still gave him a 50% tip that reminded him that he needs to learn how to talk out of customers. He responded that I should do the same! At this point I decided to talk to manager. The manager was very understanding, I even gave him a tip myself. Seriously his service was second to none, it's a shame that he works for a place like this. Unfortunately I had not looked in the Box. Later when I open the box, to my astonishment it appears that the pizza that fell on the floor had been reused with a different slice. I was infuriated, I brought the pizza back and looked for the manager. He was sitting at a table having a meeting with no other than the owners. I brought this to their attention, they did offer to make a new pizza and give me free drinks while I wait and did offer a full refund. That's fine and dandy, however I expect nothing for free and this shouldn't have happened in the first place. The only thing that I'm worried about now is possible food poisoning. I can only ask myself what kind of a chef let something like this escape the kitchen without being blind! As I said I do not want any money back I don't want free drinks, I just don't want something like this to happen again. It will not happen again if you do not give them your business. Seriously stay away, this is probably the worst review I've ever given, and I wish that I did not have to. Beware thank you for reading
