They have wide varieties food and drinks to choose, from pizza, pasta to platter and many types of alcohol. Chillax with a lovely view at Alter Ego! Perfect for gatherings or a meal out with the family. With a wide range of varieties on the menu, definitely something for everyone! The 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝗼 & 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 are my favourite! The salmon and ingredients in the poke bowl were very fresh. Must try for those who love sashimi! 👍🏼

The service is excellent. We are being served by Anna. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. We order the Mix Grill (Seafood + Meat) and it is among the best that we have eaten. The brownie was creatively served with a candle as Anna knew that we went to Alter Ego to celebrate a birthday. We have a very pleasant and wonderful time at Alter Ego. Creating Memories.

Alter Ego is a gastrobar situated in Esplanade Drive facing the Marina Bay offering a wide array of food menu and full fledged bar. Food ranges from healthy Poke Bowls, to pastas and local bar delights. The place transforms into a chic bar during the night, making this the perfect place to wind down after a long day at work! I had the: > Caesar Salad > Shrimp Gambas > Mexicano Taco Fries > Bacon Pizza > Summer Sake Sangria > Original Poke Shaker > Umami Omega Special shoutout to the poke bowls which was yummy and best of all, guilt free, which makes me feel slightly better when I'm feasting on the fries and pizza on the side 😂 I had the Original Poke and Umami Omega and tbh, the only difference here is the salmon, with the carbs base and rest of the ingredient being pretty much the same. The Shrimp Gambas was pretty decent as well, with the prawns saute in buttery garlic and onions, served with salsa for a tangy contrast. Best part was that you can easily pull apart the prawns from its shell using cutleries so the dining experience pretty much remains fuss free! The sangria here are really sweet and we’ve got to request for more ice to dilute it. That said, it was still a really good drink and the jug makes it perfect for sharing with the group!

Was quite disappointed with the food. The presentation is nice and looks appetising, but the taste was below expectations. Pizza Fries were okay, but the cheese tasted a bit sour. Aglio Olio was tasteless, with no garlic taste at all. Prawns were also not fresh. We ordered the Seafood & Meat platter, but it was quite disappointing. The seafood wasn't fresh, and the meat (steak, chicken, lamb) were not very tasty. I ordered the Sunset drink and it was good at first, but it gradually turned more and more sour even though I stirred the drink before drinking it. Several items were not available too, such as the Fish and Chips, Pizza, and several others. The only positive takeaway would be the service crew. They were friendly. But other than that, a really disappointing experience.

The food was not great and not worth the price, to be frank. I believe they changed the menu/chef and it’s not as good as it used to be a couple of years back. The smoked salmon carbonara was really bad, did not taste like what a carbonara should taste like at all. The veggie pizza was so-so, and the only saving grace was the truffle fries which was what you’d expect truffle fries to taste like (how can you go wrong with that, right).

Good food, good service, good mood!☺️ Special mention goes to their Mix Grilled Seafood & Meat Platter, which features Marinated Grilled Salmon Fillet, Fish Fillet, Green Mussels, Chicken Fillet, Lamb Cutlets & Beef Steak! Taste so good when dipped into their sauces. So glad that the food didn’t disappoint…😬
