I only come here because it's 3 minutes away from my home smh. There's ALWAYS an issue, ALWAYS. Jesus..... the first 2 times it was a long wait and the wings just tasted bland. I know it's fast food but I've had decent zaxby's before. The employees and/or managers at this location obviously just don't care. If you decided to take a chance with this place be prepared to wait atleast 30min for your food. Even in the drive thru. Check your food before you leave please....

Consistently getting 3/4 of my order correct. When I DO get my food it’s pretty good, no complaints there. The staff just seems to have issues with placing everything in the bag that I ordered most days.

Went to the drive thru and although the line was long... I got and paid for my order within 15 minutes. Customer service was impeccable!

I stopped by after The Falcons won a football game and enjoyed this combo at a discounted price. Even without the discount this TLC sandwich combo is reasonably priced.

Food was good but I didn't appreciate the fact they tried to compare themselves to McDonald's when it came to using coupons.I dont even eat McDonald's. Compare yourself to something of your standards like Chick-fil-A. You can use as many rewards as you want there. Take note

I always stop at this location atleast twice a week on my lunch break and never had any issues. Today i stopped and waited almost 40 mins in drive through. I was fine with the wait because i was hoping my order would be made fresh. Once i got my food and the fries was cold and hard with no seasoning made me a bit upset.

Can the delivery drivers get clear updated instructions on how to pick up orders and team members outside to help your customers? This is why Chick-fil-A is winning... They are organized, polite and well trained
