Panera Bread

Come Here At Least 3x A Week! Great location and staff, always accommodating and alway welcoming. I am also vegan, so I appreciate the patience as they help me create the perfect order for my particular palate. The baked goods are always fresh and way too inviting but man are they the bees knees! Can't wait for lunch again!

I don’t like entering a location and being greeted by a wall. Although I have to mention there is another entry through the patio outside eating area. This location is busy every time I visit. It would have been nice to get a greeting from one of the employees I walked by that did look right at me, but that was as far as it went. The bathroom could be bigger (maybe add another sink and stall) to accommodate the large amount of seating space and because they are always full with customers. However the restroom was clean.

I would like to first state this is my first dining experience at Panera Bread. I came in and was greeted by a very enthusiastic, attentive, and courteous associate by the name of Penny! Her service was superb! I came in from getting my tooth pulled and was recommended to Panera Bread. I know my items choice would be very limited however, Ms. Penny rest assured that I would leave satisfied and I did! She gave me plenty of options by being very versed with the menu choices, she was attentive to my needs, and made me feel special and not just another customer! This I appreciate in service! I will definitely be back! Thank you Ms. Penny!

Not the best experience we could have hoped for. I feel bad that this had to happen but a staff member had a child there which clearly had no direction or respect for their moms work. The child would run from table to table then back into the kitchen area where the food is being prepped all while being yelled at by her mother. The child was sweet and very kind I just don’t think it was the environment for a child to run around. The staff needs to pay attention the condition of their restaurant and how often the tables are cleaned. Several if not most of the available tables were dirty with food and drink spills. The food was tasty and fresh and it hit the spot like Panera usually does. It would not be a bad idea to have the staff go through basic customer service/greeting classes as well. As it appeared the cashiers did not care if anyone was in the building as I heard the cashier ask another customer “what do you want?” Let’s not forget it’s how you say it not what you say. Thankfully for us and other customers there are other Panera’s around.

I don't know anyone who doesn't like Panera bread. My husband works nearby, visits this location often and loves their bagels, soups and sandwiches. When we visited this and other locations recently, we saw that they're maintaining social distancing, wearing masks and keeping the place hygienic. We'll continue to visit Panera bread and enjoy their food.
