Chick-fil-a

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve had a couple bad experiences here at this location. After receiving my food yesterday morning and already pulling off I realized they forgot to give me my orange juice. The line is always long and I was rushing to work so I couldn’t turn around. Me thinking ok I’ll just let them know the situation tomorrow morning I’m sure they’ll understand. I get there the next morning explained but because I didn’t have my receipt they were unable to give me another orange juice really?? There has been many times I’ve gotten cold stale fries or given a granola yogurt when asked for a cookie yogurt not realizing until I get all the way to work and not complained. I think had it been any other location they would have understood as I’ve experienced way better customer service. I’d rather drive 3-4 minutes out the way for a better experience

I love Chick-fil-A!!! food is always delicious and employees always provide good customer service. I walked up and tried to go inside but the dine in area was closed. I was immediately approached by one of the employees that took my order and my food was brought out to the patio after only a few minutes of waiting.

Bad Curbside Process Curbside order gone wrong... Arrived to curbside, no one came out to help me. After 15 minutes, I got in line and a worker told me that next time I have to go to the back of the line. Mind you - no one was in the line! Then she told me that she could not find my order. I went to the window and told them the situation. Then, they proceeded to tell me that maybe I put in the wrong address. I showed them my receipt and they finally found my order and said, “ oh it pops up on the screen, she we couldn’t find it.” No sorry, just oh well! Well golly, that was way more complicated than it should have been.

Line is super long and that is to be expected at any Chick-fil-A during lunch. The difference is how the line is managed. I travel to this area several times a month from Alabama. This is the first Chick-fil-A where i have encountered rude employees, ever. The person "managing " the line kept the main road blocked while letting other cars from the side road enter the line. I've never waited as long as I did today for my food. The signature "My pleasure " was never heard even after we thanked the employees at the window. I won't come back. Training is either nonexistent or management doesn't cate.

The best CFA location! The sweetest employees and the cleanest facility. These people make you feel so welcome and like you are family when you walk in the door or drive thru. Charles, the manager, is probably my favorite human in the world! He has always taken such good care of the Ewing family, all of us employees at United Distributors, and is always going the extra mile. My sweet friend Cameryn is one of the many fine employees at this location, so ask for her, she will take great care of you!

So normally my 6 year loves to have chikfila as his favorite meal once a week. But this week he ate at the chikfila at S Cobb in GA and he mentioned the fries tasting weird. I tasted the fries and they tasted burned as if they we were recooked in old oil. Such a turn off. Not sure if anyone is taking notice but the service and food is going down hill fast.
