Domino's Pizza

This is the pizza my Husband just came home with from carry out... not delivery. Means no one had time to slam it around or carry it or sling it around in a car, yet it looks like a slice is missing. There is so much sauce on it, that all the toppings came right off the pie, and stayed in the box. This handmade pan pizza was made more than thin in the center which also helped all the toppings slide off. Horrid experience after getting off work from the hospital tonight. Just wanted a decent slice of pizza to call it a night. I understand their employee's time is precious, but in the minute & a half it takes to put a Level spoon of sauce on a pie, evenly, and toss on some cheese and stick it in a oven, they could or would even take their time in doing so. Nope. No dinner for me. Thanks Domino's! Keep asking for that 15 an hour minimum wage, aye?

Domino's saved my night! I just moved to the area and being unfamiliar ordered from Papa John's. it took almost 2 hours to receive it, burnt and cold. Inedible!!! so I looked online again and found this Domino's very close by and the food is absolutely perfect and delicioso! And although I was quoted a time of 32 minutes 11:30 at night, the driver arrived in 15 minutes!! This is my new favorite delivery and I recommend them to everyone in the Smyrna area. This is what a Philly cheeseteak pizza looks like Papa, obviously y'all don't know!!

I was very disappointed with this Domino's Pizza! i mean come on, here we are in a pandemic and you cannot even pull up and get a pizza. Not only were they rude, they clearly were not trying to make any money or please any customers! They told me they were only doing delivery and I Said ok can you deliver it out here to my car out front and they said!NO! I mean its just not goood business! I left hungry and mad!

Manager is very unprofessional will not work with you won’t let me talk to the higher ups. Ordered my pizza for delivery was away from my phone for not even 5 min I called back said they would bring my pizza back in 40 min.. the same one I politely said no and that if I was going to wait another 40 min I would like my pizza to be warm he said no he cannot so then I asked for a refund and he told me no so I told him I wanted to speak to the person above him because this was not ok. I myself worked in the pizza business and when a paying customer request something we deliver or try to work with them. Not only that the manager started yelling through the phone. I will be at the store everyday waiting for the owner because I am not happy with what happened. Manager refused to give me an email/ phone number/

If you want Domino's this is not the store to order from. Terrible customer service. They delivered to the wrong house then had the nerve to tell at my wife telling me they delivered to the correct house. Meanwhile we walked next door and picked up our pizza from the neighbors porch. Then we call the main store to complain about the driver only to get even more attitude from whoever answered the phone saying and I quote "well you got your pizza what's the problem". Never ordering from here again. Save your money and do the same

I’ve been in touch with the store about this, but they do not do contactless delivery. When ordering online, it will say all orders are contactless but a driver will show up at your door and personally hand you your order. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue, but Id much prefer no contact under the current pandemic conditions. I’ve ordered here for years, but disappointed in their current tactics. Third time ordering contactless and receiving personal deliveries instead

Rude, Horrible Service, and Rubber in the Food. I did pick-up and when I got home, the very first bite had the pictured hard rubber piece in it. I called and asked to have a new one delivered, and the manager, never apologizing once this evening, said I had to drive it back to prove to him this error. I get there and he looks at the rubber and says that wasn't their rubber but they'll recook the pizza. Recook? How about refund for my gas and time wasted on your rubber food? Again, he never apologized or even said the word "sorry". While I waited for my food I listen to him be rude to another customer who only wanted a paper receipt, and after going back and forth with her he took the 10 seconds it needed to print and give her the recipient requested. When the pizza was finally cooked, the manager shows me the pizza and I said I didn't order a sausage and black olive pizza, it was meatlovers. Now, look at the photo I attached and tell me it looks exactly like the rubber picture. The cook had the nerve to point to one of the four ham pieces she put on the pizza and said it was "covered under the cheese". I said fine, and the manager shoved the OPEN boxed pizza at me and walked away from the counter. Never going back to this horrible location and their horrible service, and corporate will soon receive this complaint. Save yourself the headache and rude service and get a hot and ready $5 pizza behind this location.
