Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is probably the worst in town. Fries arrived cold and you can tell they've been cooked in old oil. Burgers either missing or has an incorrect item that we've requested to be added or taken off. Sometimes we get either the wrong drink or no drinks. Last night, my daughter's Happy Meal came with expired milk that was already rancid in the bottle. Absolutely disgusting. The customer service is non-existent too, since they don't even answer their phone line despite calling them repeatedly. Horrible, absolutely horrible. Please avoid this McDonald's. I'd gladly drive extra distance to go to another one instead of this one, even though it's closer. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Unfortunately every time I come here I am told they do not serve breakfast. EVERY time. Even if I just order a hash brown. Very disappointing, it seems like the employees pick and choose what they want to sell and if they feel like making it. You ask for a fry with no salt and get glared at, forced to wait as multiple other cars get they’re food and get the fries from the ones that are already made, they thrown it back in the fryer so they aren’t fresh and get stale instantly. Then I ask for a hash brown and I get told “we don’t do that right now.” Embarrassing. What’s even worse is if I go to any other McDonald’s, they do it. What’s wrong with this place? You don’t have survey stats to uphold? Is customer service not what McDonald’s provides? Will never go back it’s always the same nonsense.

I could write a novel on how horrible today's experience here was, but suffice to say they did literally everything wrong. Charged for things we didn't get, gave us wrong items, the list goes on and on. Also, it's real nice seeing their thawing solution, leaving buns out back in the sun, classy touch there. Employees were ALL struggling with their respective tasks, the drive thru lady continually told us the Happy Meal came with fries AND apple slices, we were confused, then realized she was trying to frame a question but used 'and' instead of 'or'. We picked fries, we got apple slices. Sadly, we won't visit this location again, not that I think the local McDonalds proprietor will care, as they likely own the rest in town with whatever franchise agreement is in place. But this place is terrible :/

I have deliberately been given 9 piece nuggets on a regular basis!!! I can understand miscounting once in a blue moon but not on every occasion!!! Just ordered a 20 piece and was shorted 2 nuggets!! C'mon get it together!! I used to be a manager and I'd be pretty ticked if I knew the kitchen staff was doing that!! 👎👎👎
