Sydney D.p.d Takeaway

After 2hrs of looking through what I could stomach with a cold I was going no where so I stumbled upon this on Uber eats and found that they had sweet chicken and corn soup so I gave it a crack and to my surprise I was actually very happy with the taste. I’ve ordered a lot of take away Chinese in the East and I must say this has to be one of the best. Would definitely order from here again and again. Portion size is also generous and food arrived very hot

I was after a quick takeaway on a lazy night. Since Sydney DPD is near me, 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk, I decided to pickup. I was shocked to discover this is not a restaurant but someone cooking in their private kitchen and takeaway through a side door in their backyard. I wouldn’t mind if it’s properly setup but there’s nowhere to sit or stand but outside on the street. I wonder if this is legal? The food is below par as the fried rice was very greasy and tasted of old oil, quite terrible. The roast duck was slightly old so not greasy either and the snake beans were just ordinary.

Felt the need to put a quick a review up for you guys. I was sick over the weekend and feeling sorry for myself and my sis (who lives in Brisbane) ordered me food from ubereats from you guys. I never, ever order Chinese food from takeaway places because they always disappoint me. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that the food that arrived were such generous portions and the food tasted soo good despite my taste buds being all weird from being sick! So here's an Asian telling you guys that you did a banging good job with making yummy asian food! Will be ordering from you guys again =)
