Nice place, central location, empty when we went in. Annoying their menu online is NOT what is on offer but the food was nice and a rare thing for me is the fact that the chef actually knows how to cook a steak properly! Would go again if I was in the area.

Another great meal on Sunday . Took friends with us who were also impressed . Will be back again soon . Brilliant for anyone who needs a gluten free option like me. Everything is still included ,even the Yorkshire pudding!!! Lovely friendly staff and great atmosphere .

A standalone pub, proudly occupying a space between two roads, with an entrance at each end. A couple of ales to choose from, plenty out outside seating for Alfresco dining.

My favourite pub in Totnes.Whiled away the time with a cappuccino in the sunshine at a table outside this charming pub.Nice that they have retained what looks like the original bar,whilst behind this the remaining areas have been tastefully redecorated

Great place to eat and drink will be going back soon 👍we had the roast pork and beef dinner only can not say about the other dishes, but goi on our you will not be disappointed.

Food was very good. Pie was exactly what you’d expect from a proper pub. Pizza was great, kids loved it, the woodfired kind!
If we visited Totnes again I’d call in.

Nice place to eat, food was good and service fast. Staff were friendly and the prices are very good. The menu choice was good and varied, from sandwiches and baguettes to a three course meal if you want. Will definitely go back there again.
