Morrisons Totnes Cafe

It was a nice little cafe. Pretty quiet when we went - the food was reasonable, good portions and the staff were friendly. You can order at the till, via the app or using a screen at the entrance (which we did - it was quick and easy to use). We didn't try the cakes, but they had a good selection including red velvet and a rather tasty looking battenburg cake. They also offer 'coffee and a cake' and cream teas deals, so probably a nice quiet spot to have a treat after doing a shop. There is free parking for 2 hours and toilets onsite.

Came in yesterday for a quick breakfast, easy to order and served quickly, however the serving member of staff appeared to have gotten out of the wrong side of bed yesterday..... Not friendly at all! Order taken, I found the cups (by the till, not the coffee machine) and sat at a table. Food was cooked quickly and nicely presented, tasted good too. Child portions are a great size for little tummies and not scolding hot (baked beans) so can be eaten straight away!

The cafe has been moved since I last visited to the other end of the supermarket, and you now collect a mug & order what food you would like, then after paying you get your drink from one of the two machines near the cutlery & condiments, It was extremely busy when I arrived with a big queue & not many cakes left, I had the last slice of carrot cake & a black coffee, both were delicious, fresh moist cake & very hot coffee even though one machine was out of order & the one that I used was initially self cleaning before I could use it, staff very under pressure but polite enough plus all the meals coming out of the kitchen going to individual tables looked well cooked.
