Billy Sims Barbecue

I was Today Years Old when I found out about Billy Sims Barbecue. GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PEOPLE! They make you feel at home. The food tastes my Childhood, and makes me feel like a kid at the family barbecue, GOOD TIMES with my Cousins:) RIGHT NOW, FOR A LIMITED TIME, You can get ALL YOU CAN EAT RIBS FOR ONLY $16.99 PER PERSON!!!

Stopped in today for the first time. Been meaning to for some time. Should have sooner. Very tasty ribs, fall off the bone, with very flavorful sauces. The sides were so good, the ribs had to wait. The food was not the best thing though. The folks working there were all so very nice and helpful ( I was clueless as to what to try first). While I was eating, they treated each customer the same way, and asked me very interested on how it was tasting during the meal, made a point to thank me for stopping in asking again how it was. This will not be my last time, even though is is not on my normal driving paths. Thanks for making my meal and day memorable.

Love eating at Billy Sims BBQ. He is the man. I met him a bunch of times at the taste of the lions with Lem Barney. He is the best fans player that and plain out player that I know. He made security wait at the end of one event just so he can finish with fans. I was fortunate to get my picture taken with him and Mr. Barney. I told him how I would imitate him over the top when I was a kid by jumping over our ditch at my house. He said "Well let's get Lem in here and have a Heisman pose pic." But I had no ball. So he asked another fan for one and we took the pic. It was awesome . Best day of my life. Always support a true man when giving the chance. Thank goodness there is one a mile away from work. This was my first visit to this location in quite some time, likely 4 or so years. Seems like the ownership has changed, which was one of the reasons I particularly liked this location. The food was good, but much of the charm related to great customer service and making people feel welcome and comfortable is gone. Overall it was "okay plus", and we'll likely give it another shot in the future.

After our original restaurant fell through, Billy Sims was able to take our large group’s order for a Remembrance Dinner. They were SO professional and everything was phenomenal. This Billy Sims location has always been a class act in terms of exceptional service and the food is terrific everytime. So thankful these guys came through in a major pinch!

I hate leaving bad reviews because businesses are struggling and trying to come back from the fallout of the pandemic but DANG. This was so bad. Went to pickup and they forgot the drinks and chips. Had to remind them. Got home and realized they forgot all the sides(max n cheese, green beans).. just gave us the sandwiches. The sandwiches were SO COLD even though we live close and picked up the order 10 min after placing it. The buns were store bought flimsy and gross. It was all in all a terrible experience… worst BBQ ever. Sorry…

I ordered 3 meals and 1 kids. The kids meal was fine. None of the other three had the sides correct-wrong for particular order or wrong altogether). They were out of 2 meats so sub,. Good but not what we wanted. Only one bbq sauce total for all three-each should have 2 (selected 2 each ordering online). Only one dinner had the texas toast. Bottom line - good food but check your order!
