If it came down to the food alone, this place would get 5 stars hands down. Tastiest shawarma in Woodbridge, good portions, fresh ingredients, lots of vegetables, and we frequent this place often because my son is a very picky eater and their shawarma is one of his favourite meals. I would like to share a few suggestions for the owners, though. On more than one occasion, when I have ordered a beef or chicken shawarma plate, the servers have given to me my plate -without- potatoes (particularly if I'm with my kid and I'm not paying attention). Plates are supposed come with potatoes, but my suspicion is they're trying to save them because they often run out at the end of the day -- and yes, I came at the beginning of the day, so there were plenty of them. This is very disingenuous. This happened to me today, but it's not the first time it happened, which is why I am writing the review. One more suggestion: shawarma plates should come with humous. It shouldn't be an extra cost. I think most people assume that a shawarma plate is much like the wrap, just with rice/couscous and the potatoes instead of the wrap. I was very surprised when they wanted to charge me for humous. I think they should just wrap it into the cost, instead of charging extra. Otherwise, as I stated before, an amazing product.

Was excited to try out this place, as I have never been. Ready to order, the man says he’s out of chicken, when I can clearly see there is chicken rotating on the vertical grill. Was to stunned to speak, waiting for him to offer substitute to the aforementioned chicken rotating on the vertical grill. And proceeds to stammer that there isn’t enough chicken for us. Absolutely flabbergasted that a chicken place would run out of chicken @ 8pm when you close at 10pm. Get it together.
