Bad customer service. Cashier, possibly owner, does not understand how 711 app works. Shouldn’t the franchise owners and employees know the ins and outs and not rely on their customers to have to come back in to complain and explain it to them? Sheesh. Not helpful when you are looking for something in the store.

False advertising! Sign flashes “open 24 hours” but when I arrived at 3:00 am to get a couple urgent items, they were chained up and closed. First time I have ever seen this happen. Either investigate this or post your actual hours. A stain on the 7/11 brand. Total BS.

Night boy Ivan decided to close early at 11:30! Watched him turn down 5+ cars on a Sunday night. The amount of loss is amazing, whoever runs this place needs new staff.

Angel and Jess keep the store tip top.Ive seen them deal with rowdy customers and have to give it to them.Thank you for keeping our local 7 Eleven clean , and family friendly.

I'm upset with this 7/11 people running this store, they are doing it wrong. Twice I randomly come to get coffee in the early hours and there always closed. Then take off the 24 hours and post up store hours.
Plus there coffee tasted really bad last time. Very bad experience worst 7/11 in my living memories.

I like this new 7-Eleven. It's new & clean & well stocked. We came here to try the new Chips Ahoy hot chocolate & it is so good on a rainy day! They also had a new kind of wine cooler we've never seen before so figured we'd try it out.
