Mcdonald's

This is the absolute worst location ever! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!! They always mess up my order every time to the point I drive 20 mins out of my way before I even think about ordering from there. This is what is a med fry! Then they didn’t put salt! I had to send my order back 2 times ! I will continue to go out my way because this is not worth it . The white woman manger is the worst . The employees are rude to the male manager and it shows . This is a problem and needs to be addressed .

We ordered Uber Eats because we didn't want to get dressed and drive for food. The very nice driver gave me the order and it wasn't our order.NOT EVEN CLOSE . No receipt on the outside of the sealed bag so I had to be opened to see what was in it. So I take the food, get dressed and drive down there. Do you think I received even one apology? Nope. When I said I wanted MY order they said. We don't remember what you had. Then she said "are you going to give that one back?" referring to the wrong order. Like I had done something inconvenient I left a note for the store manager and I will follow up to make sure she got it . Such terrible service. Wish I could rate lower. I am NOT HAPPY!!!!

The food isn’t bad or anything but they never give me my sauces. I wouldn’t mind except that I make sure to say them while ordering so they can charge for them. Please try to work on this. I’ve never minded paying for extra sauce, but when I order it so it’s on my order. I should get what I was charged for. I didn’t even get the sauce that should automatically come with it lol

I ordered a half a gallon of unsweet tea and when I got home I realized it was sweet tea. I brought the tea back the next day to exchange it for the correct, unsweet tea and I was told that I could not get the correct tea because I did not call first. They made the mistake and they would not correct it. Very bad customer service.

have to give it to this particular McDonalds. For a fast food place it really has it going on. They renovated the entire inside. It has a modern chic open space look, with lovely decor seating. There is also an optional ordering kiosk for the busy times. You can customize your sandwiches with the exact ingredients you want. You are also given a # now that you place on your table and bring your food out to you. I enjoy having a meal inside now, usually I would only use the drive thru or take out. Nice Job Ronald!

I just gave through and ordered a McChicken with no lettuce, extra Mayo. When they gave me my food they were laughing and I didn’t think anything of it until I got home. I opened up my sandwich and it was DROWNED COMPLETELY IN MAYO WHERE YOU COULDNT EVEN SEE THE BUN!!!! I will NEVER come here again and I will make sure that no one I talk to goes there again.

No enforcing of the mask policy at all. Stopped by to pick up my order and two kids and a construction worker came in without masks on and no employee bothered to tell them to put one on. Guess I shouldn't be expecting much from McDonald's, but if you're going to have a mandated mask policy, at least enforce it. Will never be coming back to this location again.
