Worst experience ever! They messed up 3x on my simple "deep dish" order. They made it as a regular pizza. They said "oh that is a deep dish" no a deep dish is rectangle style. I get there to get the pizza. The sauce was put on top as they forgot I'm sure. The "manager" lady was wearing aviator sunglasses complaining about working "all day" and looked strung out on something.
Can clearly see cigarettes on the table and peroxide by pizza boxes! Very disgusting place and beyond bad management and poor ethics!!

I thought this pizza was a joke when I opened it up. "Thin crust" apparently means razor thin at this location. Ive never seen a pizza so flat and charred, and never seen a Pizza Hut thin crust cooked this way. The taste was dreadful, and the meats had a texture comparable to that of a boot sole someone had pulled up from an 1800's shipwreck to grill. I would highly recommend the Domino's a few hundred feet down the road.

The salesperson when I picked up the pizza was very friendly and went the extra step to make sure I was satisfied. The location was S Oneida St in Appleton, WI. It was Monday, 1/17 at 11:15am. She was all by herself and took time to take care of me. She is a great employee.

I ordered a pizza for my sister that is in a nursing home and, it took them two and a half hours to get it to her. Unacceptable. She didn't have anything for her dinner, so they made her a sandwich. The excuse was they only had one delivery person. This was from the Pizza Hut on S Oneida St. so I don't recommend ordering delivery. When ordering, they should let you know that the delivery times will be more than one hour and a half. I won't be getting anything from Pizza Hut in the near future.

The men's bathroom was horrible tables was all messy had to walk around the back to find a worker come to find out the only worker was on a smoke brake pizza was nothing like it use to be had to ask the worker to clean the table if I could give 0 stars I would this place used to be super clean and the food used to be very good. Any pizza place can out do pizza hut that's for sure even the prices was way more then it should be

Was at this location on Saturday at 8:15pm the man at the regester did not greet us except to ask if your placing an order now
While placing the order he kept talking over us and did not get the order correct, all the employees were dressed like slobs and the facility itself was dirty.

We ordered 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni with cinnabons and cheese sticks, and an extra order of bread sticks. We received 2 sausage, but everything else was right. I called and they had a pepperoni sent out an hour later(its a saturday night so the speed isnt the issue.)

This is a generally solid location that consistently prepares the food how you'd expect it to be. Pizza Hut isn't the best pizza around but their pan style pies still impress and the thin crust is surprisingly decent. Excellent boneless wings and sauces.
