Coyote Steakhouse

There were 4 of us. 2 ordered prime rib, 1 shrimp scampi and the other salmon. My prime rib was so tough could barely cut it much less chew it. All plates of food were delivered to the table COLD and had to be returned to reheat. Med rare prime rib came back well done and missing the yorkshire pudding. Waited so long for our entre went to the kitchen to ask about where it was.. we decided to skip dessert paid the check and left. Will choose another restaurant next time.

Incredible service!!! Incredible food!! Prix fix menu of 3 entrees for $27. So worth it! Manuel, the chef made the most delightful steak. Juicy, tender, flavorful and a crispy top coat in the mushroom poutine. The servers, Tony and Ramon were so patient and helpful. The heater was broken and they tried on multiple attempts with many team members. Superb experience. I will be back! Worth the 4 hour drive!

Poorly managed, mediocre food, overpriced, under performing kitchen that produces food not consistent with menu descriptions. No remorse about our table waiting over an hour for our first course to come. Waiter was doing his best so I don’t fault him at all. These are merely bull it points. Did I mention POORLY MANAGED? Owner is a tyrant to their poor foh staff and a coward that talks trash about their customers behind a curtain to the same staff she’s a tyrant to…refused to face me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The owners don’t care one bit about their customers satisfaction. If you the owners have the a ha moment to contact me please do!
