Togo's

April 22, 2022 3:10pm The lady behind the counter was very rude to me. When I asked her if I had done something to offend her she said "You spanish, english, spanish, english!" Not understanding what she ment. I asked her if that was a problem? You see I do not speak spanish. The Customer in line behind me called her a racist and said "I'm going to report you. She then refused to make my sandwitches and told me she was going to call the police. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager. So I walked out. I am deeply offended! I want an appology and her fired. I will never eat at a Togo's ever again!

Well, that took an odd turn. After I wrote my original review, I came back in and did not have the same experience, I thought it was a fluke... nope came in again and was not satisfied, well here I sit here the third time after writing my original review and it is getting ridiculous. Well this location of Togo’s is was fun while it lasted... I just started coming to this Togo’s a few weeks ago for lunch, and can’t believe how great the service here is. The lovely and vibrant Denise is beyond awesome and I can’t compliment her enough. I will be coming back just to hang out with her haha. Also the food is perfect every time, try the southwest chicken salad out. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been coming to this Togo's for YEARS! I have witnessed it's ups and downs. The owners must be proud of their staff right now, because they are rock solid as a team. When I order food I'm sceptical about it being made due to many instances where I've had to check first before I pay or walk away, but not here!! They actually listen and I get what I ask for. Even if it's busy the wait is worth it. I really appreciate the time they take to make the experience great. I recently broke my tradition of endless Turkey Avocado sammich to branch and try other things on the menu. Triple Dip is a triple threat if you're in the mood for 3 meals in 1. Their soups are better than any I've come across which is a shocker and even helped me get over a cold! Most importantly let's not forget it's important when you visit a place and the people who work their enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere is so clean and I got my whole family hooked on it. I can't go home without sharing a bite. Keep it up Togo's!!

They need to fix the AC and hire more people to actually make sandwiches! It's the 2nd time over the last 2 weeks that we've gone here and it's just as hot or hotter inside as it is outside. We walked in to 5 parties waiting in line and 1 person making sandwiches! Last time we were here there was 1 person making sandwiches, 1 person standing at the register waiting to ring up customers and 1 person sweeping the floor! My daughter said "the air feels wet in here! " What she was describing was humidity! Why is it humid in a sandwich shop?! It was 91° outside and even hotter inside the restaurant! Personally, with the meat and produce being exposed to such extreme temperatures, I didn't feel like they were safe to eat! Myself and 2 other customers walked out. One of the customers that left told the girl that she needed to open the door to get some air circulation in the restaurant. We went to the location in Pleasant Hill where it was clean, the thermostat worked properly, you were greeted upon walking in the restaurant, they had more that 1 person making sandwiches AND you can see over the counter and watch you food be properly prepared!

poor service this time. I was in line with 2 parties ahead of me. Only one lady making sandwiches and the other was cutting tomatoes or whatever and not serving the customers. My wait time was 15 minutes and I was next. two other people walked in. the lady making sandwiches kept saying, "Thanks for the wait sorry for the wait". I wasn't going to wait so I left. A sandwich shop should attend to customer service, not lollygagging. My fav is the turkey and avocado but for now I'll just have to dream about it.
