Dunkin' Donuts

We felt bad for the girl working today, but she took our order and did it the best she could by herself. Management should have had more help today as she could not keep the place clean and do all of it alone. I hope the open containers of skim milk and reg milk left unrefrigerated don't make us sick.

I ordered a large coolatta and a chicken bacon snack wrap, I waited, the woman behind the counter handed me my coffee and I watched the guy make my wraps. When they were coming out I noticed they were egg and bacon so I said something, told him I wanted the chicken, he apologized and remade them. Well the second time I watched him again and this time he got rid of the bacon, and put the chicken with the egg and ranch sauce after I said chicken bacon ranch I don't know how how many times... So I stopped him and said hey I'm sorry but I'm very allergic to eggs, I asked for a chicken bacon ranch. He apologized again but this time proceeded to tell me that it was my fault I didn't specify at the register, I mean, I did ask for a chicken bacon ranch so why should I assume it had eggs on it? So then he says well 90% of our wraps have eggs, so I said I want the one and only wrap that you have advertised in the picture and on the menu, where's the section of 10% without eggs (seriously there is literally only one snack wrap on any dunkins menu).. So then he tells me that I still needed to specify because he would have had to change his gloves in case he touched eggs in a previous order. Well wouldn't you change your gloves between orders anyway to prevent cross contamination? So as he's making it a third time, he tries to blame it on the woman who took the order and told her she needed to ask about food allergies blah blah, and said I was allergic to eggs. So she says but she ordered chicken bacon ranch anyway, there are no eggs. Then the guy proceeds to tell her that it comes with eggs, and that he's been making them like that for every customer. she looks at him and goes no it doesn't it's just chicken bacon cheese and ranch sauce, and he thought it was funny he's been making this mistake the while time... Hearing this after he tried to make me feel so stupid for being picky with my order, then the third time he never even put bacon on the damn wrap... Needless to say never going back as long as this guy is working...
