Taco Bell

Drive thru wait was 45 mins. No exaggeration, actually 45 MINS. Ordered 4 Doritos locos tacos, got 3 and 1 regular taco. All tacos were given to me as supreme which was not asked for or desired. All tacos were soggy mushy and ice cold. Couldn't even eat them because they disintegrated when i tried to pick them up. Staff was inept and seemingly unaware of the extremely long wait. Very upset that I chose this taco Bell but will not make that mistake again. Absolutely awful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order today (08/21) online. I went through the drive thru to pick it up around 2:33PM. I informed the worker through the speaker that I was here to pick up for “Jocelyn”, the lady tells me to “pull around”. I pull around and the food is still not ready. Which can be understandable. However the way they communicate is so unprofessional and makes the place look poorly managed and ghetto! The lady is yelling with her coworkers that I’m at the window. You hear one yell back “Well tell her to go back around!!”. Like ms. Ma’am you’re the one who instructed me to pull to next window. They were just hollering in there.. moving super slow. They were too lazy to even talk right (the mumble). I placed my order about an hour ago. This is such a joke! Currently still waiting in parking lot (along with other cars)

Worse customer service ever! The guy that took our order really sounded like he didn’t want to work. He didn’t even ask what drink we wanted and had an attitude at the window when we asked for fire sauce. Our food was just tossed in the bag and fell out of the sleeve it came in. We will never give our business here again. We visited at 12:00 AM

Went to Taco Bell in Crestwood at 8:40 exactly in the morning to get a breakfast crunch wrap after driving through the drive-through two times finally somebody answered and she sounded 100% like she was sleeping then proceeded to tell me that the hashbrowns weren’t ready and that they were sitting on the fire warming up I just said OK whatever and left but really is that even a thing? 👎

Employee argued with me regarding order placed thru app. Was told it takes 10 to 15 minutes to receive order in location once placed. I place orders thru the app often while I'm in line, never was told that before. Girl continued to argue about it, I said I'd go to another location that was professional and canceled my order. She was on her phone when I drove by the drive thru window. I won't be back to this location.
