Hometown Pizza

It's always an amazing place for great pizza and related items. The only down side is a lack of deserts in comparison to other pizza chains. The biggest positives is that it's more of a local family style that remembers customers, but also welcomes new customers with some amazing smiles, food and atmosphere. You will not regret your meal here.

Restaurant is being run by young teens with no sense of direction or good leadership. Witnessed someone wait 45m for their food and ended up walking out. Personally waited for 35m for refills. Total time spent in here was well over an hour, a majority of it spent waiting on the basics (drinks, apps, and check). On the one hand, I feel bad for the service staff, but on the other hand, it isn't rocket science to be a server. The level of incompetence here was astounding. The server that walks like a duck needs to get canned. Couldn't even get some eye contact from him. Felt like we were being purposefully ignored. Only redeeming quality was the food.

Myself and 2 other families ordered food at the same time,online. Wait time was 30 min we ended up waiting an hour and a half. Sandwiches were done 20 min before pizzas. Then the gave us half of someone else's order. It was a complete disaster in the waiting room. They were just throwing pizzas in boxes and setting them aside. No one was expediting food to anyone. Management was no where to be seen.

It was the worse hometown i have ever been to.when i order a pizza salad and request half the lettuce as usual and instead i get twice the lettuce,two cherry tomatoes,two tiny pieces of onion, maybe 4 pieces of ham and 3 peparoni i do not call that a pizza salad. Also philly cheese steak is not a chunk of some type of meat slapped on a hoagie if someone says that isnt what they exspected then say im sorry can we get you something else.also offer your guest a refill on thier drinks,do not make the guest hunt for thier waitress and ask 3 times for their check.
