Domino's Pizza

We've ordered from this particular Domino's a number of times but the last time I must say I was sorely disappointed. Our pizza was not nearly as hot as usual and the delivery time was much longer than was typical. That I could have lived with, but they also didn't include the icing from the Lava cakes. Now, that seems like a small thing and maybe it is, but the kids love those things. Every time we've ordered those from here they send one icing per order. This last time, there was none. It happens, things get forgotten and again, I could have lived with that, but when I called the store the nonchalant attitude and indifference of the alleged manager was wildly unprofessional. No apology, no offer to correct or make an amends. Basically, no customer service. We'll be getting our pizza elsewhere for awhile.

Called 45mins before closing, they continued to send me back and forth. Then after reconnecting to a RACHEL AT CRESTWOOD she said I was too late to order, and could try tomorrow for pick up:.: I called early so I could get service and customer service was extremely un helpful, and wasted my time. Won’t order again.
