Dilegge's Restaurant

Food is pretty good, and I would’ve given this place 4 stars if it weren’t for what I saw while I was there. Waited 15 minutes to be seated first of all. While I was waiting I witnessed who I believe to be the the owner, hang up on for different people waiting on the phone lines. Then proceed to laugh about it with two people at the bar. This place gave me some real kitchen nightmares vibes and I did not like it.

We walked in and were told to sit anywhere. When we selected a table, we were informed that one was in fact reserved. Our server proceeded to not bring menus but ask what we wanted to eat and when we ordered our entrees is when we were also asked about beverages. She didn’t know either of the items off the menu we ordered, nor the wine. After ordering, my husband received his salad, which consisted of almost exclusively the core of the lettuce. 45 minutes passed before we finally got our food, which seemed to have been sitting for a while and started to get cold. We also had to ask for our bread, but that happened as the server was bringing the check because that was the next time we saw her. All in all, we left the restaurant displeased with the service and still quite hungry because of the low food quality. Will not return.

We visited for dinner last night. The place was packed and most of the tables that were empty were clearly set for reservations. However even as walk-ins, they went out of their way to find us a table. The place was completely full but our appetizers and meals came our very quick. The lasagna was amazing! The staff is very friendly... Honestly amazing how well they handled a full restaurant so well. Highly recommend!
