Super Submarine

The assembling of this sandwich was maybe a $5 task. This is by far the worst sub sandwich I have ever had. It's bland, they use the regular prepackaged meats you can obtain from any grocery store. They are not even deli cuts. It's literally your cold cuts you could make at home. Nothing special or worth spending $10. They serious need to visit a Chicago location to learn how to make a tasty sub. This is an embarrassment. I'm from Chicago and we have several tasty sub locations. Suggestions: use submarine oil, oil and or vinegar, salt and peppper, onions, olives,etc. Don't waste your money here. Go to subway. Your lack love, care, and most of all... flavor! Won't get my money twice.

So disappointing! My husband and I have been coming here for years. When the owners retired they showed the new owners how to keep it the same and they did, well no longer. 😢 My barbeque beef tasted slightly burnt, vinegary and not small rectangular cut meat...definitely not the same. My husband said his Super Submarine had a cheap and totally different taste. Sure going to miss them!
