Taco Bell

I asked for a breakfast number 11 which is a bacon crunch wrap with 2 Cinnabons and a coffee. They gave me the grande burrito at first and I had to go back. Then they put potatoes and tomatoes on my crunch wrap when it’s egg cheese bacon and hash brown. I didn’t want the creamy jalapeño sauce and that’s the only thing he did right. I had to go back around to tell them how to properly make it and take the potatoes and tomatoes out. When have you ever heard of tomatoes being in a breakfast item. So then I go back and I’m like sir it’s just egg bacon hash brown and cheese. He puts nacho cheese sausage egg and hash brown????? Can you not follow simple orders I even told you exactly what comes in it

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE WINDOW-- I was missing one of my 6 items. I clearly ordered a WILD CHERRY, never did I mentioned the word: sunrise & the manager (a tall girl) said "next time u order, it's a wild cherry". Oh, please; more like, next time, lose the attitude. I hate to complain & I tend never to, but if you made a mistake--just apologize & make it right for your customer. Easy as that. On the other hand, the young lady at the window was very friendly :-) Thank you Catherine!

Went through the drive thru cashier gave me my drink and I gave him my card then he asked me to back up I constantly asked him why did I need to back up no response then shut the window so I proceed to pull up some instead of back to see what he was doing he disappeared and came back with my food & card, I then asked again why did I need to back up he said “ I was checking to see if there was any trash so I can tell somebody to come clean it up “ like whattt !??? That doesn’t even make sense you could have waited to I have left to check that, makes me feel like he was doing something with my card so now I will have to constantly check my account because he was being weird . Then my drink was half way filled and food was cold !! Worst experience ever .
