Exceptionally clean and well run location. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. Great job sanitizing after each guest. Highly recommend for cleanliness and sanitizing protocols. Food was ok too!

Cleanest, newest, nicest BK in the state. I travel every day all day in GA, and this is by far the best. The customer service could use some work, heard them hollaring at each other, however this is a fast food joint.

This place has messed up my orders every single time with very poor customer service. Also what they like to do it turn the sign lights off at night to make people think that are closed. That place needs new night staff asap.

Very pleased with our visit there.
The associate that helped us out was super friendly and kind. She took the time to really make sure our order was correct. My daughter tried the impossible whopper since she is vegetarian and she loved it!!!

Poor service. The workers are not serious about their job. They are rude and disrespectful. The manager gave me a fake phone number for the district manager when I asked for the number to complain. They left me at the drive thru ten minutes without taking my order and when I went in to complain, the worker asked another worker “Did you see my face while she was talking to me?” This is the third time- different instances- I have complained with no response. The first time I complained, the workers were in the drive thru fighting a customer. Just ghetto.

This is one of the newest Macon locations. It's in the vicinity of the Publix shopping center. Bass Road has a crop of restaurants in the area, and this one is sleek. I haven't been inside yet but drive-thru service is friendly and efficient. I would stop here again if I'm in the area.
