Panera Bread

IF YOURE IN THE AREA, Drive the extra few minutes to the one off of Barrett PKWY. You’re literally a bread company but you’re out of bread in the middle of the day…rude staff, can’t get order correct-attitude when you ask them to correct it. Fifth time in a row. It’s been like this over a 3 month span. I’ll be going to a different Panera from now on.

I would love for this to be so much better than it is. The food is mediocre and overpriced. I've eaten here twice in the last week and both times were "meh" it was all right. That said, the worst part of the experience has nothing to do with the food. On both occasions for some reason they have the air conditioning set to the low 60s (see thermostats attached). This is ridiculous and you can literally see your breath while dining inside. It surely isn't the cozy, inviting atmosphere that Panera corporate is going for to encourage people to dine in and spend money on mediocre food. I would imagine with this easy change of setting the temperature correctly they would have a lot more business while still serving mediocre food. Not sure if the thermostat keeper stands over the oven all day or why, but I even asked someone to turn it warmer to no avail. I hope they can turn this place around soon!

Always come here for breakfast wrap and coffee after my ortho appointments...conveniently located across the street! They always have my order ready in a timely manner and the tall girl that works in the kitchen is top notch service! Today the ladies at the counter were so courteous in assisting an elderly group on the patio as well. Will keep coming here for my morning indulgence!

I recently did a delivery order with door dash. My order was incorrect. I called the store and spoke to Chevonne. She was amazing! Not only was she polite and efficient. She refunded my order and asked me to stop by whenever for a free lunch. I met her today and her spirit and attitude is speechless. Keep up the great work! You definitely have a loyal customer with me thanks to Chevonne.

I placed an online order at the Marietta location at 5pm, the app said it would be ready for pickup at 6pm. I received a phone call from the manager, Charles, at 5:40pm telling me that he needed to go over my order since it was so large because they were out of a lot of stuff and then I asked if they had started on our order and he said no, that he had just received it…but my receipt that he handed me said my order was received at 5:01pm…anyway, I finally get my order at 6:10pm and I was missing like 7 things from my order. I am not the one to write a bad review, but he was very rude on the phone and condescending in the way he spoke to me on the phone. It is not 6:30pm and I am having to wait for the rest of my order. This is ridiculous.

We love to come here with family and friends. They have outdoor sitting areas and they practice social distancing and sanitizing sitting after customers left. All the staff wear masks too. They have a grear bundle for a dessert and drink for .99 if you order a meal. Our favorite is their signature Pick 2 bundle for great selectionof sandwiches, soup and salad.
