Webster"s Fish Hook Restaurant

Classic no frills New England seafood joint. I had the lobster roll and lobster bisque. Both were amazing and exactly what I wanted in a lobster roll and bisque. The Bisque has chunks of lobster in it. There are two lobster roll options. One is the lobster salad which is mixed with mayo, the other is plain lobster on a buttered roll that comes with butter on the side for dipping. The one I selected is the lobster salad on a toasted buttered roll. This place is definitely the best seafood place in the area. Way better than Captain Jack’s in Easthampton which charges you for tartar sauce.

The food is consistently good here. The seafood is fresh and i really like the clam chowder. My only complaint is that the offerings on the salad bar keep shrinking. Personally some mushrooms and maybe bacon bits would go a long way. I will go back because they are an institution and the quality is consistent.

Fresh food, locals and great service! I've visited the establishment twice since moving here from Philadelphia, PA and I can't say enough just how impressed I am with the quality of the food. I've had the crab casserole and shrimp scampi. I leave this place feeling full with a big smile on my face! One thing I wanted to recognize, Conor (employee) went out of his way to come up to myself and girlfriend to let us know that he accidentally over-billed us for one of our meals. He was extremely apologetic and made the fix quickly...can't beat that type of service!

Fantastic prices, especially at lunch time. Never had a bad meal here. Salad bar could be a little more robust but the dining room is clean. Order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. Try the "Boom Sauce"! I am a huge fan of the broiled sea scallops but everything on the menu is top notch!

In the over 30 years that I have had seafood from Webster's Fish Hook, not once have i ever been disappointed. The clam chowder is some of the best in the area. The Hotel Northampton, with their expensive, cup sized bowl, could take a lesson on making clam chowder from here. I'm a fan of the Haddock fried sandwich. The fried clams and fried shrimp are really good too. Best to plan on eating at the restaurant in Winter unless you don't mind you food getting cold and a tad soggy on the drive home. Whether you call in the order or dine in, service is great and the people who work here are like family. Definitely a good New England seafood restaurant and very good prices for the quantity of food you receive.

Webster's Fish Hook restaurant has great seafood. I have never had a bad seafood meal there. They do have other food options and a kids menu as well. Small salad bar as a side dish, or you can pay extra for it. Cozy atmosphere. Restaurant can be busy at times, but wait times are short in my experience. No reservations required. I recommend you stop by.

Small town classic American food. Fish and sea food but also traditional American comfort food. Including ribs and sandwiches. Right of Route 9 just before the bridge. Warm dinner rolls, top notch fish and chips. friendly staff. Fair prices. Very very good food. Fast service with a smile. Location serves Ice cream in summer months with out door picnic tables. In colder months in door dining. Fair parking easy reach by Bike path or car. (Avoid trying to walk Damon road or Bridge Road.)

This is a great place if you want to have either a family dinner or just to grab a small snack. They are very good when it comes to customer service. You actually can feel that the fish hook restaurant is operated by a family. The quality of fish is not bad compared to some other places in Northampton MA.
