Longhorn Steakhouse

Came here for lunch hungry and with high expectations. We ordered lamb chops with roasted broccoli and a burger with a side salad. Salad was fresh and crunchy, burger was ok. The lamb chops themselves were good, the gravy on it was disgusting - as you can see. And the Brussels sprouts...poor things were burnt to death. It had been a while since we'd been to a Longhorn's Steakhouse, and now I remember why.

Usually I have a wonderful experience when my husband and I eat here but today we got our food to go and bad is an understatement. We eat here at least 3 times a month so I know what the normal quality is or else I’d never go back. That’s why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Hopefully today was just an off day. Food had no seasoning, sweet potatoes under cooked……..

This Longhorn use to be top notch. My family literally at here every Sunday after church and several times during the week. Now they halfway cook your food. Togo orders take 2 hours. “Curbside” is really come to the bar and get your food. Then the managers say their systems are down and can’t see orders. I really hate to see them go but if they keep this up, I’d rather something better. And at the end of the day it’s management’s fault. You have you hold your employees to a standard and accept nothing less. Longhorn WAS my favorite restaurant but not anymore. And the only reason I’ll visit this location again is for my parents. I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I know places have their days. I’ve worked in the food industry, so I get it. But the same thing I expect as a customer is what i should be giving to them when I am the employee. And it’s been time after time with this place, months!!! I know they’ve had a few management changes, maybe that’s the problem. Food isn’t terrible but the service is!

Excellent lunch, featuring tasty Ribeye's today, after Sunday morning worship service. We were celebrating my husband's AND daughter's birthdays and appreciated the birthday ice cream sundae desserts, which the server treated them to! The service was wonderful, overall. Management goes out of their way to ensure each guest's meal is cooked correctly; they quickly & professionally address any issues that a diner brings to their attention, and they do table check-ins after the meal, which is a great opportunity to brag on the server, or the meal quality!
