Waffle House

Okay. My family and I go to waffle House every vacation that we get. But this waffle House is a complete totally different experience. It was clean, the staff was fun and friendly - that's a total understatement!, We even met the district manager who was an awesome guy. But let me tell you about Amy, who is a server, and Lewis, who is the cook. She took our order and she helped us what we needed and went above and beyond she was so nice and friendly and we laughed so much. And Mr Lewis cooked our food amazingly. I believe that this is the best grits and Sunny side eggs that I've ever had. He was also very friendly and fun to talk to. Both while still remaining professional. I hope to see them again next time. Thank you!

Man i visited home after 6yrs away and let me tell u aint nothin like a hometown waffle house in Shreveport. I hadn't eaten here in ages and it did not disappoint. The workers were few and busy so i cxld going when it was so busy a few times. Finally caught it on a not as busy but still busy memorial day morning. I was lost on ordering protocol but the nice cherub cheeked lady that seemed to be handling the crowd effortlessly helped me get right. So patient and courteous despite the overflow & me being highly confused lol. All in all i enjoyed the experience and the food was awesome. I made sure to leave a generous tip though i couldnt dine in on this trip so i ordered take out..I ordered the bacon egg cheese and hash brown bowl as well as the double waffle with chocolate chips.. it was money well spent 😋💕

I’ve been to this location before and it’s been great in the past. I think my server was new which left me waiting for a coffee and water. Food was alright I only asked for eggs bacon and sausage and got grits and toast too 🤷🏻‍♂️. Would have had a few more cups of coffee if the waitress would have come by again.

This waffle house should be closed. They tell you there will be a 25 minute wait when you go in to eat. Food was wrong and clean at all. This restaurant is poorly managed and I will not return to a place operated by people with no attention to customers wants and needs.we pay you, at least you could offer some kind of skill set!

The waitress Keisha was very unprofessional when my order was ready and she was bringing it to my table she started talking with another employee and I had to insist that she bring my food to me, She remark I am talking to my mgr in which I told her bring me my food. Then it was not what I ordered. And the mgr stop agruing tell us she doesn't have to service She was rude and unprofessional almost had me change my demeanor. But if it wasn't for the Cook she politely came and brought my sausage for each breakfast once she cooked it. So the Cook did her job
