Dunkin'

I stopped by this place to charge my car on a morning, I went in to get a large cup of tea and a Dunkin’ Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich. Everything was great. On my way back two days later, I stopped by it again. The dinning room was closed, but I got my tea from the drive-through window while charging my car. This has become one of my favorite stops. It is very close to Rt. 90.

Was visiting my daughter from out of state and went to this Dunks on 4/17/22. Waited at the counter 5-7 minutes before being noticed. Grabbed two bags of Hazelnut coffee from the display case in register area. When I got back to my daughter’s house, I noticed that both bags of coffee had expired; one that day and one back in February. I returned the bags of coffee in hopes of exchange of fresh coffee later that day only to find that ALL of the bags of coffee on the display were past the expiration date. Once again, I had to wait several minutes to be noticed at the counter. The manager had gone home for the day and the clerk didn’t know how to issue me a credit back to my app. He called the manager and she said I would have to come back in the next day. However, I was then on my way home to NH, almost 3 hours away. The clerk told me that I could take the expired bags of coffee to any Dunkin store for exchange. I stopped at 2 stores in Mass and one in NH and none of them would do an exchange! The stores are franchises, not chains. I tried to call this Dunks on 4/18/22 to speak with the manager and was hung up on. I tried for over an hour to call back but the phone only rang and rang with no answer. I now have 2 stale bags of coffee and am out $17.98! Won’t be visiting this Dunkin’ store ever again!!

Just tried to go there at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and “they’re not making food today” how on earth is that compliant with the franchise contract?! Update: went to this location again (only because it’s near my work) stopped by at 8:30 am on a Wednesday and “we’re not making food right now”! I thought when you buy a franchise you have to follow certain rules so people have the same experience at each location?! A Starbucks just opened down the street and if this location keeps being lazy they’re going to be unemployed

First time through the drive thru and customer service was awful!!! Not only was he rude but my food was sloppy and burnt!!!! Unexceptionable and then people wonder why their business fall apart. Screen and check on your employees, they make or break not only the owner but others livelihood, GOD Bless…
