Pizza Hut

We were traveling through Amarillo and decided we hadn't had Pizza Hut in awhile so it sounded good. Place is clean and large like the older pizza huts. They don't have a tall sign outside, so we almost missed it. We ordered from the menu on the wall above the counter & I realized we were overcharged. When I went back up, the manager on duty said that was the old menu & the new menu was on the counter. I pointed out it was smaller print & didn't stand out, especially with vision problems, so they needed to honor the other price. He said he couldn't go back & fix it in the system, but offered to give me a free cookie instead. I agreed to that thinking it was just a regular cookie they charge a buck or so for, which was all they owed me. Instead, he gave me a whole dessert pizza for free, which is worth about $5! The chicken supreme pizza we originally ordered was really good & loaded with toppings, which have tended to be sparse lately wherever I order pizza.

We ordered pizza at the office. It was a pretty standard order with 2 pizzas, cheesesticks, brownie, boneless wings, and ranch. When the order arrived, they did not have the brownie or ranch. The driver told us that he would be back in just a few minutes with the missing items. We waited 30 minutes and he had not returned, so we called the store. The first call, they hung up on us. When we called again, the first person we got was extremely rude. She transferred us, and after explaining again, we were told that it would be another 30 minutes at least before we would receive the missing items. Oddly, they already knew the bread was wrong without us telling them. After being connected to a manager, they offered to give us credit on our account and said they would be out with the remaining food in a little while. Even with the credit, it was a lot of unnecessary conflict and wait time to get our lunch correct.

We have been buying pizza from this location for about 16yrs... We bought a pizza on 12/22/16 paid with a check like we always have (as long as it was less than 35.00)as per their policy. Ordered a pizza tonight 1/3/17 was told by the lying manager Janell that they have not excepted checks since the begging of 2016.... I went back to the Pizza Hut app and looked up every order we made in 2016 starting in Feb one a month in which we ordered the same order every month and paid with a check. He is a liar and will not be receiving my business EVER again!!

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Ordered at 7:04pm, after an hour and a half called back. Found out they got the address totally wrong. I ordered again, they said 30 min, just like the first time. The store is about 8 min away. It is 9:30 and and still no pizza, from Pizza Hut. Little Caesar’s was pretty good about 8pm !!!!!!! Bucannan and Amarillo Blvd store, Amarillo Texas!!!!!!

Everytime we go in the store we have to find an employee their always hiding in the back after yelling hello a few times youll be acknowledged. I was kind of wanting pizza for dinner tonight i didnt feel like going in though so i called instead nobody ever picked up the phone i was on hold for forever! Ill just do something else for dinner.

I have reviewed several locations but this place has by far been the best service I have ever recieved. I was going to have lunch with my wife that day and purchased everything before she arrived. After purchasing the buffet they immediately asked if there was any pizza, in particular I wanted. The Diet Pepsi was out/broke, they gave me the bottled version instead(two at that). A few minutes later they were placing fresh pizzas on the buffet line while my wife was walking in. The manager even made it a point to check with everyone on how they were enjoying their meal. You just don't have/get or even expect that service on the boulevard period. Thank you for surpising me and making lunch with my wife that much more enjoyable.
