Little Caesars

Went in there yesterday around 6 or 7 yesterday and the cashier girl, wasn't giving people the right money. I was behind the guy and I watched her give him the wrong money back. So when it was my turn I made sure, I only got handed $5 and . 68cents. And I knew that wasn't right cause I gave her $20. I told her I was missing money, and she acted surprise. Finally she gave me the exact amount of money. Feels like she's trynna take people's money.

Well they might as well change the closing time to 8:30 instead of 9pm. Showed up at 8:30pm and the lady upfront said they couldnt make any more pizzas and they only had cheese pizzas left , i understand if i would get there 5 minutes till closing but half an hour and the still declined to make a simple pepperoni pizza cmon !!!!!!

Oh how delicious! A piece of BLONDE HAIR in my pizza belonging to a teenager who wasn't properly trained on food safety. No hat. No hair net. No mask. No respect. After my ordeal with the tweens running the store. I came back the next day to speak with the general manager and he was nothing but rude. Didn't CARE AT ALL that his employees were violating more than one health code. Not only was there hair in my pizza. The guy who remade the pizza touched a dirty washrag. Then a broom. Then our pizza and box. The manager didn't care though. He decided that I wasn't worth hearing. Told me to call corporate and get out lol. Some customer service am I right? I called corporate. I also called the board of health. So be expecting a visit very soon :)

Made pizza wrong. Had delivered, wanted the pizza handed, door dash left on front porch. Returned pizza for refund, employees said, It's not our fault. Waited over 30 minutes for customer service to answer, they did not answer the phone. The employees could not do a refund, informed me I have to track down the manager. Will never order from little ceasars again. Suggest the same to all.
